1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with shipping details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time (UAE)
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping Fee: AED 15
  • Free Shipping: On orders above AED 100

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service within the UAE.

  • COD orders may include an additional service fee.
  • Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Bin Kamil Shilajit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Delays & Liability
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Bin Kamil Shilajit is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

9. International Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within the UAE. We plan to expand to international shipping in the near future.
